Tazeez strengthens community groups across Oman by developing their administrative, economic, social, media, and cultural capabilities to support sustainable local development.
Objectives
- The program's overarching goal is to establish sustainable business models that generate long-term social and economic impact in the targeted governorates. Stemming from this goal are the following specific objectives: developing the administrative and financial capabilities of community teams to ensure operational efficiency and performance sustainability; empowering young talent by building their skills in management, organization, and community work; enhancing the social and economic impact of these teams through innovative business models and sustainable revenue streams; and developing a partnership ecosystem by fostering effective collaboration among community teams, government entities, and the private sector to achieve integration and lasting partnerships.

Sustainability: Sustainability is the program's beating heart; it seeks to transition community teams from temporary activities to establishing "institutional and sustainable business models" that ensure long-term continuity of income and impact. Empowerment: A deep belief in the potential of youth, coupled with efforts to "empower young talent" and build their capabilities in management, organization, and marketing, enabling them to become agents of change in their communities. Partnership & Integration: Fostering a culture of collaboration by developing an effective engagement ecosystem among community teams, government bodies, and the private sector, while building strong networks with supporters and decision-makers. Socio-Economic Impact: Directing efforts and initiatives toward creating a "real, tangible impact" that positively benefits society and the local economy in the targeted governorates.
