Using this site

Using this site is your acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

You are welcome to read, print and share what is published here. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain access to parts of it that are not public, or use it to send anything unlawful.

What is on it

We keep this site accurate and current, but nothing here is advice for a particular situation. Programme dates, prices and availability can change; the registration page for a course is what governs it.

Ownership

The text, design, photographs and marks on this site belong to Fifty for Business unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Client and partner logos shown here are the trademarks of their respective owners and appear to identify work we have done with them. Nothing on this site implies their endorsement of it.

Courses and registration

Course fees are quoted in Omani rial. Where tax is shown separately the quoted figure is the one payable. Registration happens on the form each course links to, which may be operated by a third party under its own terms.

What you send us

The contact and newsletter forms are for genuine enquiries. Please give details that are accurate and your own, and do not send confidential or sensitive material through them — they arrive as ordinary email.

Subscribing to the newsletter is a request to hear from us and nothing more. Writing to info@fiftyb.com takes you off the list, and the privacy policy sets out what happens to an address in the meantime.

Cookies and measurement

Using this site does not mean you agree to Google Analytics. It runs only if you choose Accept in the cookie notice, and you can change your answer at any time under Cookie settings at the foot of any page. Vercel Analytics, which sets no cookies, counts visits without identifying you. The privacy policy sets out exactly what each of them collects.

Nothing here depends on either of them. Blocking one, both, or all cookies leaves the site working as it does now.

Other people's services

Parts of this site are run by companies we have engaged: Vercel hosts it, Resend delivers the mail our forms generate, Sanity stores the text and images we publish, the map on the contact page is drawn by Mapbox, Vercel Analytics counts visits, and — if you accept it — so does Google Analytics. A project's film, where there is one, plays in YouTube's or Vimeo's player once you open it. Each of those services is governed by its own terms, and an interruption at one of them is an interruption here.

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control what is there and are not responsible for it.

Availability

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this site at any time, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of error. Pages, projects and courses may be added or removed without notice.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from its use or from any interruption to it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and the version on this page is the one that applies to your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
