What is on it

We keep this site accurate and current, but nothing here is advice for a particular situation. Programme dates, prices and availability can change; the registration page for a course is what governs it.

Ownership

The text, design, photographs and marks on this site belong to Fifty for Business unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Client and partner logos shown here are the trademarks of their respective owners and appear to identify work we have done with them. Nothing on this site implies their endorsement of it.

Courses and registration

Course fees are quoted in Omani rial. Where tax is shown separately the quoted figure is the one payable. Registration happens on the form each course links to, which may be operated by a third party under its own terms.

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control what is there and are not responsible for it.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from its use or from any interruption to it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
